Thanks all.
No burn tool actually I set the exposure up wrong as I was pointing the camera upwards into the bright sky and that fooled the camera.
"I was drunk"LOL, that is my story and I am sticking with it. LOL!! No just playing about being drunk.
The halo was a bad try to mimic the vibration of the train running.

Or was it standing?

No the train was rushing toward me, i was standing still until the rush of wind hit me.
