Looking at these lenses for Nikon Z 7ii -- Nikkor 180-600, Tamron 150-500, Tamron 50-400, Nikkor 28-400

I am looking for a longer reach lens for my Z 7ii. I know the hot take is the 180-600 is a no brainer, but since I am a little advanced in age (think old geezer) I am not sure I could handle the weight for any length of time. I have looked at reviews of each of the above lenses, and can't really decide between them. Mostly I would use this outdoors during the day, so I am not sure that the f8 aperture of the 28-400 is as big a deal as it may be to some. I guess I am looking for anyone who has experience with any of these lenses to let me know what they feel they handle optically.
