harsh lighting, but you controled it well - though there is overexposure on the back of the bird white is always a pain to expose for - and the rest of the shot looks clean.
Great sharpness to it as well - just how do you managed to work with a pond like that near your office?

yea lighting was harsh it was like 12pm on a sunny florida day, and the lake is cool there are even gators there sometimes.
