Looking for Manfrotto head

I've got a really nice Manfrotto tripod that my uncle gave me but I need a head for it. Ball or 3-way...it does not matter. I have seen lots on E-bay and at the local stores but they are just so expensive.

Anybody have one to sell for a moderate price?

QR plates are $11 at Adorama. Big Mike, I have a this head, and it was $78 at Adorama. It comes with a qr plate.
