I do not know why but it seems flat..... Lacks depth. I like the view but I am not feeling the picture. I think it is due to the trees blending together in a flat monotone color scheme.

I agree with Daniel. Nice view, but I do think your capture lacks depth. Not sure if a bit of PP might help out a bit to punch up the contrast, and I think I would even like to see the color version (if there is one).

I saw that as well. It didn't help that I took this pic at about 6 p.m. It was a little too bright outside. I do have a color version as well. I'll try and get it posted tonight.

I agree with Sach. The image is a littleflat. The lack of contrast between trees covers the true depth of field the picture has. Nice shot though, I wish I could be there

I went back and started the editing process all over again based on the C&C given. Do you think this version is any better?
