I don't shoot with a macro lens, but I know that they have a shallow DoF. I think that is what is amiss here. Had the first two pieces of tuna been in focus, this may have been a more pleasing shot.

The lighting was not that great so I had to shoot at ISO 1600 (no tripod, just hand held, EXIF data is intact), hence the grain. The composition of the shot is how I wanted it, with just the one shrimp in focus. Thanks all for your comments and criticism.
