Nice shot! I saw a grackle fly off with half a small snake the other day. Found the other half before the dogs did... they would have eaten it.

They prey on snakes hey, was the found half the head or tail?

The half I found didn't have a head, but the tip of the tail was missing, so I'm not sure if there is more out there, or if it got eaten on the spot by the birds. It was a non-venomous snake, so a pitty that it was killed since they keep some of the vermin out of the yard.
