m/f neg scanning

i have read ever thread i can find on scanners. I am looking for a flatbed scanner that can do negs as well as prints. almost any good scanner will do print scanning but all i seem to see for negs is for 35mm. while i have 35mm i want to do negs from a m645 and an rb67. suggestions for a flatbed scanner for these medium format negs? on a tight buget so price is an important factor.

I've never heard anyone speak well of a flat bed scanner/transparancy adapter doing well for medium format negatives.

Check out B&H for scanners. Microtek makes one that is for medium format (ArtixScan 120TF) and so does Minolta (Dimage Scan Multi). Nikon and Polaroid also make medium format scanners but they were a bit pricey.

If you can wait a while longer, I'd hope and pray that the american branch of Epson release the F-3200. It must be the most devastating film scanner combination ever dreamed of:

Thanks for all of the input reguarding my qwest for a scanner. I was lucky enough to get a Microtek 4800 on Ebay at the ridiculously low price of $25. I have been working on the learning curve. I have successfully scanned two RB67 negatives. I believe I am going to enjoy this scanner.
