M I Going some where with this ?

Hi, recently i started playing with lighting,
I Took some still object And tried these with OCF one reflector
Am I going some where with this ?, need u r valuable suggestion
editing done-crop,high pass,little saturation

and how to shoot with black background as every time I was exposing it badly like no 3

1- Do a white balance, perhaps with the lantern as the blue background which is supposed to be white is a little distracting.
2- You would need to do another White Balance with your black background alone, Seeing as how the lighting changed.
3- Larger white background, as such you can shoot your subject further away from it, thus less shadows, projections and also less [faux] vignetting with your second picture.
4- The second picture seems dynamic, I like it, but what are you trying to go for? The third picture does not really do anything for me.
5- The colours in the third picture seem under saturated, so you'll want to up the saturation a bit. I don't really enjoy the texture with the black image.

actually i wanted to know how would i Achieve total black BG but proper exposing subject , Shutter was at my max synch and when ever i was powering up Aperture or flash black BG was exposing BAD, Ma be I had to move subject further away ?

Move the subject farther from the background and your flash closer to the subject. As David Hobby says, with enough light you can turn a white wall black.

For the black background get the subject well in front of the background and use baffles/barndoors to prevent the flash illuminating the background. Get everything set up and then turn out or block any ambient light to minimise illumination on the background while making the exposure. It helps if you can work in a room with black walls, ceiling and floor (if you need a lot of light then it is easy to use reflectors, its not so easy to soak up unwanted light).
