Found these Magnolia seeds barely peeking out of the pod. I'm really liking my new Canon 100mm f2.8 Macro.

I'm probably a bit crazy, or maybe I'm channeling toofpaste, but that picture seems naughty to me for some reason.

Oh, its very well done thoi. I don't mean to take away from the photo itself

Aside from the fact the previous posters need for a cold shower:lol:
I know this is a very good lens, but the photo lacks sharpness in its detail. good effort tho. Exif details please ...very interested

We have a theme thread for such "thought-provoking" photos as this one here, now where is that one again ... hang on, let me look ... Ah: here_it_is ! :D This one should really go in there! :D
And lacking sharpness or not - I find it interesting to see (first time in my life) what magnolia seeds look like. Unfortunately I cannot tell at all how big they are, could be as big as horse chestnut seeds, could be small ... little do I know...

The lack of sharpness is probably due to the slow shutter speed you were using. Unless of course you were using a tripod. then it was just a focus issue by it self
