Male Cassin Finch...I think..

I saw this guy in the tree when I came home from work this morning. they turned out a little noisy, but I got what I could before he flew off, plus I've only got a 200mm, and these are almost 100% crops. he's way up at the top of the tree. C&C always welcome. these are my first decent bird shots, I need to get a tele somewhere between my 200mm lens and my telescope

this is my favorite he saw me right before flying off

could use some better composition on this, but it got a nice profile of his head

That's a very lovely bird. I love the colors; make the bird pop out against the hues of the sky and tree. First still is my favorite. Keep on posting!

thanks guys, I tried increasing the vibrance a little but it gives it a 'fake' kindof look to me...I might try playing with them a little more.

I got a couple others with a female cassin finch in the shot too, but they were a little too OOF to salvage.
