Matt, it looks a little soft and noisy. I played with it in post a bit to see if I could help with that... just to show you what you can do in post processing if needed. (increased contrast a bit, lowered brightness a hair, removed noise, sharpened (much more than I normally do). The main thing I would suggest other than this, is to crop the original tighter To emphasize the bird more!
