This owl, or it's mate, made a group of us fools.
It would sit on the edge of an opening, for over two months, an opening that had been used as a nest in years past, but that wasn't their nesting spot this year. The photo in the post above is 150 yards from the sitting/resting spot. We could walk right next to that tree, the bird didn't even flinch.
