Mamiya RB67 Lever Stuck

Hi all, I hope you can help me.
I have only run about 4 rolls of film through this old beauty with out any problems, but today the cocking lever stuck in the down position and never came back up. A few shots before it did it, but after taking the back off an fiddling with it, it eventually went all the way down and back up again.
I have tried everything, but it wont come back up, It doesnt seem to complete the cocking function, that final click before coming back up. I have taken the back off, the lens etc..
I love this thing, and hope its not dead..

Well since you have the back n lens off, it's still stuck, tells me it's intermnal and not a mismounted lens. Did you also take off the revolving back?

To get to the bottom of your mystery, you'll have to take the panels off to get to the mechanisms.

My most recent repair was similar to yours and all it was is a tiny washer stuck inbetween the gears. Where the washer came from is still a mystery, it wasn't even related to the camera works at all. how it got in?... God only knows
