Mamiya Sekor 300mm f5.6 Lens

Thinking about investing in a Mamiya 300mm f5.6 lens for my 645. Since I already have a 105-210 f4.5 zoom would I be actually be gaining enough to warrant the cash outlay. It is in almost mint condition and the price is $150 plus s/h. I do mainly landscapes, family portraits, and a little street photography mainly in b&w.

That focal length seems all but useless for your preferences. Get an 80/1.9 C. It won't go for $150. What about wide angles? A little research maybe?

Yes I know about the f1.9. I have a 55mm and an 80mm. I am in the Ozark Mountains and thought the longer lens might facilitate the deeper valleys and higher mountains. That’s why I asked about it as I can always count on experienced answers. Thanks
