Manhattan Long Exposure

Any C&C in terms of compostion, exposure, and technique would be appreciated on these photos. I am especially interested in hearing your thoughts on #1 and #3. I took all of these photos in NYC a couple of weeks ago.

I prefer #1 over #3.

#1 is really, really nice. The foreground really sets it apart from other similar photos. No suggestions, just love it!

Nice. I prefer one over 3, but I would brighten the bottom only as opposed to what you did with 3.
