These all seem under exposed

Ok I can see that how would you go about fixing that? I had my iso cranked as high I my poor t3 can handle these where all shot just after sunset light fading very fast and night what in camera could I have done better or is it something for post? I have not edited most of theses yet So I could up the exposer there.
