Lots of great colors, only thing Id do different is crop out that messy doorway on the left and maybe darken the sunlight thats hitting the food on the left stand. Just a very quick crop and color adjustment:

cc - I think it would benefit from slightly different composition, but that can't be changed now

I can imagine how colorful the place is....would like to visit
