Marshmallow Forest - miniature series

I made the trees from chocolate and glued the marshmallows with icing. The 2 grand girls held rolled up towels to simulate marshmallows and the grandson held a wrapping paper cardboard roll to stand in the candy cane.

@CherylL Your minatures always make me smile! Another good example of how you dont need a big elaborate set to make great themed shots, though shrinking the kids gets a little dicey. Most people don't realize how difficult it is to shrink one person, let alone multiples and make it look real. You've developed quite the skill set,

Thanks Bill! The white balance needs to match and I paint in light and shadow under and on top of the subjects. A little cross balance to blend with warmth, etc helps too. With miniature photos I don't need the BG stand & light stand set up. I plan on making a corner of the basement for that stuff and hopefully get a modeling light & softbox sometime.
