I like the sharpness of the child and the shadow but I don't get that you shoot at iso 200 into the full sunlight. Did you do that on purpose?

ISO 200 is the highest quality ISO you can use on his camera.

Yes. ISO 200 gives me the most dynamic range and sharpness. While still providing me plenty of shutter speed/f-stop to work with. Shooting faster than ISO 200 in full sunlight is typically unnecessary unless youre trying to stop action with high shutter speed/dof.
