I like the composition...

But I think a couple minutes in post processing would help...

Using Gimp, I adjusted the white balance and curves... And I ram it through a shatpening filter a couple tomes... This was my result. Its mot perfect... But I think your friend "pops" a bit more...

I think you're friend and my friend would get along well...

Thanks for the edit that looks good, before i took the shot i pictured it with scattered sun light all over the place because of the angle it was setting at. Thats why when i got to that point i quit messing with it but you're right it did need a little pop to it. What kind of "friend" do you have?

She is a 7 year old Black Lab/Border Collie... She has a bit more white around her mouth now...
