A few from the weekend

[EricD]

Few critters from the weekend....Wood Ducks are in full at my local pond!

1 Male Eagle grilling me up at the nest.....

2 Lizard on a tree right next to me...couldn't resist!

3 Female Wood Duck with a large tadpole. Fun to watch them hunt these things in the pond!

4 Male Wood Duck thinking about that tadpole his mate has!

5 Young Deer at Viera...full frame shot right out the window at 5 meters

Where I live just isn't that interesting. Nice shots.

I like the female wood duck shot - that's one heck of a big tadpole!

Nice ...

Straighten #1 so the bird is level... He looks as though he is leaning backwards...

Wow, really love the first three, especially #2 and 3. I agree with pen--where I live isn't that interesting! The lizards area mostly little blue skinks or something of that sort, the eagles are either at Dollywood or WAY too high up for my little kit lens...we do get some awesome herons from time to time, but they tend to wait until I'm distracted by an insect or something to do their fly-bys!
