Ok, last set here and now everyone gets to see the shot of the bird getting away, unharmed. Well, the heron actually still has it by a couple feathers so technically it hadn't got away yet and I wish my camera hadn't stopped to buffer at that moment. I would've loved to have seen some space between the bird and beak. Thanks for looking!

Well, that's been a great series of true life struggle shots. This one ended with the little guy getting away, but I imagine there are times when it doesn't go that way. Thanks for sharing those!
