Memory Card Comparison??

Is it possible to compare CompactFlash cards and Memory Stick PRO Duo cards?

I am looking to see what is better. I am looking for something that loads fast onto the computer and all that stuff. I am not going to buy like 4GB cards. The biggest I have is a 2GB Memory Stick PRO Duo card.

I've heard Memory Stick PRO-HG Duo loads very quickly but I want to know if CompactFlash cards are any better. I lik the size of the CF cards so they won't be easy to misplace. (I often misplace small things)

Also, is there much a diffrence in Performance of the diffrent types of CpmpactFlash cards?? (i.e. Ultra II, Extreme III, etc.)
