Messing around with water and glasses - C&C please

I was in the studio today just playing around with some water splashes. If you look at the one with the martini glass you will notice that in some parts it is kind of faded. How do I fix this?

A friend of mine has a Broncolor setup. I used one strobe behind a light panel and two black boards on each side of the glass. Thanks for the compliments.
