Minolta help

I was wondering if anyone could help me out.
I just got this Minolta Maxxum 330si RZ and I was wondering how or if I can increase the shutter speed on it, and pretty much how to use it, it didn't come with the manual. any info would be great.

It's full auto. Pretty much how to use it is to point and click.
