Haven't been around in awhile -- got a new job and it's been busy getting started (bleepin' bleepin' paper work!)
Weather is better but still severe drought in the Midwest. Went to lunch at the Park 38.561187,-90.241449 - Google Maps and took a photo of the Mississippi -- about to break historic low water record. That sunken barge on the opposite shore should be under 15 feet of water right now. That sandbar shouldn't be there and certainly shouldn't have plants growing on it!
With the new job settling down I finally got out in the garden. The wild clematis have overrun the roses. And I got out for a walk today and snapped a photo of my neighbor's canna leaves along side the house.
