Model Release/ Contracts YAY! ;)

Does anybody have a good reference for writing up a comprehensive model release form and/or contract?

I'm also wondering if anybody has experience with what is entailed in making such forms "official" or if I need to do anything more than write them up and ask my clients to sign.

So far, I've completed the "tax" status type buisiness, the insurance/liability buisiness, and started marketing etc... Now I've read that I need to have firm model releases and contracts set up.. Is there anything I'm forgetting? :blushing:
