Modelling Forms

When you guys are shooting non-nude pictures of 18+ models, do you need some sort of form for them to sign giving you permission to publish these photos anywhere?

The photographer has ultimate ownership of these photos right?

If the photographer decides to send these pictures to the model, can the model do whatever she/he wants with them?

Is there anyway for both the model and photographer to have a commercial license for the photos?

The contract generally specifies that the photographer retains all rights. You can, in a separate form, grant specific usage rights to the model.

Alpha pretty much covered it. You dont want to give the model unlimited use. If they want to display the images on their own website or, use them for a portfolio then I would have no problem with that.
