its okay, but there really isn't anything of interest other than the faces in the dead center. if you were able to compose it a little differently I think it would help out. either a closer crop to focus attention on the faces. or a wider shot recomposed to focus attention on the whole group and surroundings or something like that.

I'll give both a try and see what I can come up with Aloicious. I like the shot.. well mostly.. but there was just something "off" about it. I think you are most likely right, so I'll try both and see what happens. Thanks!

I think the closer crop option would be the way to go; kind of making that little nose poking out from the pile the main focal point.
I've never seen a mongoose in person before. Still haven't, lol. They're pretty cute though!
