Messed up exposure on this one, and he was moving so there is lots of motion blur!

But at least it is not taken in a zoo, but out there in real life from less than 2 meters distance.

Wow. Thankfully you did not place this one into "Where am I?" ... for I would not know where you were in order to see this scene and take this photo. I would have guessed "zoo" all the while.

And dispite the blur it is not a "blooper" all over!
No.
It is green, after all ... in most places, that is!

Where were you!?

With some sort of climate shock and jet-lagged behind the camera

Just arrived the day before, all the way from London (3 degC) to an overnight stay in Chicago (-10 degC), then Miami (quite warm already) ... all the way to Belize/British Honduras (hot hot hot and humid like hell).

So I felt like dead and the image did not come out perfect

The lens could have been fogged up for that matter, going by your description of the location (wow, where have you NOT been?? Australia! Sure!) that could as well have been the case :greenpbl: !

I have never been to Iceland, which is really a shame. And I have never been to any of the US national parks. Also Mainland China, never India, never ... and many many more

Oh well, ok. I could easily add to that list, too!
And Iceland is on the agenda, for sure.
As are the Azore Islands ... I think those are nearest and dearest right now, though we had to give up on our plans to go during our children's Easter holidays (when both would be away to their respective training camps, Sabine in Turkey with the swim team and Florian in Black Forest with the triathlon team).

Despite the motion blur in his eyes? But the food and his hands are in focus, or do my eyes play tricks on me? Well, your wish is my command. Off it goes into Landscape and Nature.

I would have had a decent shot at guessing where this shot was taken (I was there last year). I would even throw a guess out there that this was taken at Bermudian Landing in the misnamed Baboon Sanctuary? I never went there, maybe that is why all my howler monkey shots are from 50-100m instead of 2m.

Good shot even with the blur (that I don't even notice), the facial expression and fact he/she/it is holding the fruit makes for an interesting shot.

Actually I was at both Bermudan Landing and in zoos over there but never got that close as the time depicted here. I also got to 15m in Guatemala and also at Lamanai in Belize, but they were usually in the tree above me and with that light I could not get a single shot from below.
This one was actually with the help of a very old man
whom they had no fear of. Actually they became very curious in me, getting as close as 1m face to face, but I could not get a shot as I was afraid something might happen to my camera

But then this particular one started eating and lost interest in me, so I could give it a try.

.. however, I got almost eaten alive by bugs and mosquitos for this shot ...
