Can anybody please give me a idea for a monopod and head set up please I have just received my canon 100-400 so I think I need a reasonably heavy duty one .
Any help would be great as there is quite a selection out there.
I also have a shoulder strap and I'm a bit unsure about if it is a good idea to use.
And If used wether to conect to lense, camera or both as I was told nether to stress the joint between the two.
