this monument is placed in a place called 'beit lid' in israel.

i did'nt bother to take photos of wider angle beacues some parts are still under construction and they look quit bad.

yes, looks like they are climbing the stairs to heaven.

the second picture seems a bit bright. some level adjustment will enhance it.
