The pupils are almost lost here, which lends a slightly bizarre look. I'd fiddle a little to help distinguish the iris from the pupil.

Also, the skin looks a little oversmoothed, but maybe she's really like that. Kids sometimes are!

Well done. I like that you managed the spilled light well enough to keep the hair on the back of her head visible.

Thanks Amolitor. Indeed I smoothed a bit, but not that much and you can still see plenty of texture on the skin on the original size. I guess the compression and the small size did not help. For the iris, it is going to be uneasy. She has very dark brown eyes, with very little differences between the tones of the iris and the pupil.

Nice shot but the eyes and hair are a bit overprocessed compared to the nice soft light.

Well, there is absolutely no processing for the hair and the eyes. This is her natural hair color and they shine that way when lighted.
