Another 2 photos from my weekend trip up to southern Maine.


This one is from around 4am in Kennebunkport. The clouds cleared out just in time to catch the milky way and it looked amazing, I even caught a little bit of a reflection in these tide pools. Love being out at night on the seacoast.


Here is another photo from Portland Head Light. I just got silver efex pro today so I couldn't resist trying it out on a shot here. The lighting was a little dull in color but I think it worked decently in b+w. I got a little nostalgic going through all the options that you can pick out a film to replicate...Tri-X, Ilford FP4....sigh. I don't have the option to work in the darkroom anymore really but this was really cool just remembering all my favorite b+w films.

Love the Milky Way pic but can't say I'm a fan of the light house. Do you have it without the filter?

I'll have to post the original of the lighthouse later when I'm home, its pretty sub par though. The light was kind of boring as it got closer to sunset

The b&w does have more punch but I think the color one is good too.
