2 & 3 are really good... but they look a little light ... like maybe white balance issues..? I'm not exactly sure...

1. the colors are pretty dull

4. aiming down at the subject like that kills the shot IMO

I'm fixing to get the XSi with those same 2 lenses ... and I must say im really looking forward too it after seeing these pics... how far were you zoomed in on 2 & 3 ? how much lens did you have left?

I love them all because I love animals, and you obviously have a nice zoom.. But 1 looks like it's a bad magnetic lasso with a background deletion.

Ok will have to fix number one that was my first attempt at removing the entire background.

2&3 my lens was at about 100mm, im guessing. I was fairly close to both subjects. I was like 8 ft from the duck and like 15 ft from the egret.

the fox was behind a wall so no choice but to shoot str8 down. thanks for comments everyone
