Just more desert shots from Borrego Springs, CA

The light source on horizon was lighting and I wasn't sure how it would effect the photo but I think it turned out OK.

If your there too deep in winter the milky way won't be out. The best time is spring through early fall. It's always there but in winter the nebula part is out during the day which we can't obviously see. If you want to see the l sculptures buy the online guide on Amazon it's $5 and kinda maps out where they are but I still didn't find a couple of them. Let me know if you need advice.
