I like the subtle colors you used in the selective coloring. It compliments the BW. All too often the selective coloration I see is too saturated and bold, and doesn't seem to be harmonious with the BW.

I agree. Too often when selective coloring is done it's brought back to 100%, and ends up looking glaring and almost fake against the b/w. When I bring back color, I rarely do it past 75% or so.

I agree with the selective coloring. I love the variety in angles, as well.

What camera & lenses did you use for these?

Primarily a Canon 300d with a Sigma 24-60 f/2.8 and a Canon 20d with a Canon 50mm f/1.8. Some of the longer shots (neither of these) were done with a Sigma 70-200 f/2.8.
