more playing with textures - CC

I hope I'll outgrow this stage soon. If three (total) textured pictures counts as a stage. Or at least become more sophisticated. I don't know... something about making these feels wrong, somehow. But I can't seem to resist!

They're certainly not subtle. They barely count as photos... :er:

Well it wouldnt be difficult to help these (the originals) photos, as they were both crap to begin with. Probably not the best thing to start out with. Pretty much anything would have been an improvement. Including possibly overdone textures....

I really like the second one.

Nothing wrong with using photography as a canvas to create, and take ideas further.
The second one has a very interesting mood. It's powerfully sad and troubled to me.
You will really shine when you are taking photos with the end result in mind, rather than salvaging "failed" images.
