This is, in general, terrific but there is one spot where it is a bit clumsy and breaks the illusion.

Her left foot is turned to the right, making the calf look fat, making her look unstable and showing the bottoms of both high heels.
If her foot had been rotated and pointed to the front or perhaps a bit more, her leg would have been slimmer, her foot might have hidden the bottom of the other shoe and we would have seen the shapely foot.
