Very nice, Eric. May I ask what lens you were using and how close you got? I chased a BCNH a few weeks ago in New Jersey, but never could get close enough for a good pic (even at 420mm). I love your little blue.

using a Nikkor 300mm F2.8 prime lens with a 1.7 converter (500mm 4.8 Fstop). I was about 80 feet from most of the bird shots
