Morning Haze

This was shot this morning (Nov 20) as it was really hazy/foggy off the Detroit River. Please let me know what I did well and what and where I can improve on. This is always about learning and not making the same mistakes again.

I like it, looks a little on the magenta side, but I think it works in this picture. Great shot.

I like it as well. I agree with the above.

I would have captured more sky. Tallest building seems too close to the top edge. Like the tone.
For better or worse, reminds me of something I would see in a business textbook.

Its a good shot overall. You have a dust spot up and to the left. I would clone that out.

Thank you to everyone for the comments. Looks like I will be cleaning out my sensor tonight :s I would have got more of the sky, but I would have lost some of the reflection in the water in which I wanted to grab as well. This was the color that the sky was giving off with the fog and haze over the river reflecting and bouncing off the water to the building. Looks like it will be calling for even more fog tonight so I will be trying out some more shots.

I would have liked to see more room at the top of the frame for the tallest building. Feels a little constricted.

I think that I would have tried to grab a bit more sky and make the image a true reflection by showing all of the buildings in the water, if this was possible. This would mean that the shoreline would be right through the middle of the picture. This violates the "rule of thirds", but this is not a bad thing in the case of reflections such as this. MY 0.02¢ FWIW.
