WAYYYYYYY too much PP for my taste. I am hesitant to crush it though, because if you were going for some sort of over the top look then it might be what you want. If you are going to go this route, it might be cool to do it a little different. Maybe mask off part of the pic to make it look normal. Like the face mask, so you can see his face/eyes normally. Or make the street and background look normal but make the bike and everything look over the top like that. Might be cool.
