It's to bad the sensuous lines of the bike get completely lost in all the busy and distracting building and graffiti detail.
The bike is underexposed, the photo is crooked and the main subject of the photo is actually the building, though that is not what you intended.
The bike is a secondary subject based on exposure, scale in the image, and image composition.
All in all it is a photo that exhibits a lack of knowledge or attention to the most basic tenents of visual composition.
By all means keep taking pictures, but understand that if you want to wow people, you must make an image, a much more involved task than taking a picture.
I agree with most of the criticisms here. Underexposed, average composition. The building dominates the shot where the subject is the bike.
I think you should try it landscape shot, use some fill flash or a reflector to put more light on the bike and have the building more blurry. Maybe take it from lower down looking up at the bike. That way your attention is on the bike and not on the building which is what you are trying to achieve.
I do like the building though, you could always discard the bike and take a photo of the building.
