Motorcycle Trai Racing

Went to see my nephew compete in a motorcycle trail race. This was my first time shooting motorcycle racing.

I'd crop #3 down a little bit (take some off the top and right side) but I think they're pretty good.

Shooting action can be fun. Did you use AI Servo focus? Not sure if it's called that on Nikon systems.. but basically it continually autofocuses if turned on. It's great for shots like #4 where the subject is constantly moving in/out of your plane of focus.

Thanks, Ya I was using continuous-servo AF on all of these shots.
