Island in the sun. Nice shot =]

Great reflection, at least we know he's not a vampire. He may also want to hire a gardener, his lawn is getting a little shabby. Very nice shot. :)

Good reflection. I'd have it a bit more to right of frame tho. It's a bit central for me.

Thanks! It depends on the picture with me. Sometimes when I initially do that when testing different crops it doesn't always look right with every picture so I center them instead. This one was so oblong it looked off balance having it to the right.

To me, there are very few occasions when a subject bang in the center of frame looks correct, whether wildlife or otherwise. The use of dead space can be a very effective way of balancing a picture and I'm not banging on about the rule of thirds. It is subjective of course and at the end of the day a photograph is under the control of the photographer to do as they please.;)

Here it is cropped. I used my 150-600 mm lens and that was taken at 150 mm. I would've loved to have had my 70-200 mm for a wider pic and been able to get lower so that I wouldn't have had to turn the camera on it's side like I did to capture the small island in the bg but I did my best with what I had on hand.

I'm confident now that I know you don't like pictures centered , lol!
