Multiple exposure

I decided to try something new today. Each photo has 3 exposures. I would like to improve if there is advice to be given.

I saved this video a while back because I thought it brought up some great points on composing and thought process behind double exposures. It is for film but would apply to digital as well. Its definitely worth a full view.

I like the black and whites better than the colors (unusual for me). The last one is very cool. Did you do these in camera? I've experimented with double exposures with the XT2 and really liked the results. Maybe we'll have this as a theme for an upcoming challenge!

These were done in camera. Each one has 3 exposures. I'm still on the learning curve, but it's fun.
