Multiple flashes with CLS?

I only searched for about 10 minutes before my attention span got the best of me so forgive me if this is something relatively easy to find out about.

I have a D300 with an SB-900 and I will soon be picking up an SB-800. I use CLS with my SB-900 but I'm wondering if I will be able to fire both the SB-900 and the SB-800 at the same time using CLS.

YES.

It's clearly explained in the users manual section that describes CLS. Wouldn't even take 10 minutes.

You even have the option of controlling each speedlight separately. You can arrange your speedlights in up to 3 groups when the camera is set to Commander mode and each group can have multiple speedlights.
