Murapo

Here's a girl selling "Murapo" in the El Centro area of downtown Cali. Murapo is a refreshing drink made from sugarcane with lemon added (she's about to squeeze some into my cup). Sellers have carts with little gasoline motors that drive a wheel that squeezes the cane flat emptying it's liquid content. The side of the cart lists the things the drink is good for including kidneys, prostate and menopause. Sugar production is the principal agricultural activity in the valley of Cauca region of which Cali is the capitol

Neither image does anything for me. Shooting from the other side of the cart towards the girl may have made a better image. The majority of camera owners only see this obvious but fail to see the picture.
