What's not to like about that? it's perfect.

Trust me, that lens is unbelievable! In spot focus.. it just focuses, no hesitation at all. I had fun shooting nothing but flying Dragonflies for couple of days... Flying critters to add a bit of difficulty! lol!

The 70-200 VR II is just out of my price range right now. I'm wondering how the 70-300 VR does with flying bugs.

It is a great lens... but it is a little bit slower on the focus then the 70-200. But it would be worlds ahead of the 70-300 you have.... IQ wise, focus wise, etc....

I may have to pull the trigger on a 70-300 VR...............here I go again.

Great shot!!! I just can't seem to get a good freakin flying bee shot...lol You would think w/ all the damn flower shots I have I might be able to get one. =)
